Shawna Reed began her journey in the music & entertainment industry in 2011 in her hometown Warner Robins, GA. She worked as a concert promoter for several years traveling around the country organizing shows in nightclubs and arenas for an Atlanta based promotion company. In 2013, she was co-founder of 320 Music Group, and signed super producer DJ Plugg. Simultaneously in 2013, Shawna created Trap Merch, a streetwear brand that featured custom apparel from Gucci Mane, Rocko, Peewee Longway, and several other well known Atlanta rappers. She worked closely with Longway’s label, MPA Bandcamp, for several years and in 2017 she joined Waka Flocka’s wife, reality TV personality/R&B singer, Tammy Rivera’s team as her Music Manager. They released Rivera’s debut EP ‘Fate’, executive produced by Rico Love, in April of 2018. In 2019, Shawna began working alongside Wendy Day of Rap Coalition to help her create an incubator for independent labels.

Currently, Shawna is focused on building her brand and consulting company, Reed Management Group, which she founded early 2019. She is currently working alongside a few of music’s hottest producers, Grammy award winner ATL Jacob and Grimlin.  She is also managing videographer/director JayUnited (Neuland Creatives). Aside from the music business, she is Co-owner and Executive Producer of The O.G Code Podcast which is hosted by O.G NewNew (@theogcode_podcast).
